Strayt Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days
    Please note: delivery delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Strayt is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will help as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these situations.

International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Strayt is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Pre-Orders

Items listed as pre-order will ship on or around the estimated date provided on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.

Order Changes & Cancellations
